Four pillars. One year of showing up across Iowa. Explore how the work took shape in each focus area.
Access to Nutrition
This year, the Foundation’s hunger relief programs reached Iowans in every season, across nearly every county. From summer pantry deliveries to holiday pork loins to protein coupons for food-insecure students, we showed up wherever the need was.
Childhood Cancer Support
Cancer families in Iowa had a place to breathe this year. Twenty-eight families experienced A Special Adventure. Two surprise care packages landed on the doorsteps of families across Iowa. The Home for Hope remained a gathering place for families in the Children’s Cancer Connection network.
Honoring the Military
Iowa’s military community received year-round recognition — from custom veteran hats delivered to doorsteps to event grants that funded Veterans Day celebrations in 73 counties.
Rural Vitality
In 2025, 100 rural elementary schools received new library books in English and Spanish. As we look to the future, we’re excited for what is to come.
